The perfect snack

I have made up the best snack that satisfies the good ole’ sweet tooth and still remains healthy.
It is VERY simple, as all it involves is a banana, cacao bliss spread (or nut butter spread), and 1 tsp cacao nibs. That’s it! Simple, right?!
I slice the banana in half and butter both sides of the banana. Next I sprinkle the cacao nibs evening to both slices. Sometimes I place it, like a sandwich or just eat each slice by itself. It makes for the perfect after workout pick-me-up or will satisfy mid-afternoon sweet tooth cravings. ENJOY! 😊
