Frozen Banana Treats 🍌

This is a recipe for a healthy and tasty treat that is sure to satisfy sweet tooth cravings 🍭 The best part? Not only is it healthy, but it’s white easy to make.
▪️1 Tablespoon Creamy Natural Nut Butter (peanut, almond, or cashew, etc.)
▪️5 Ripe Bananas (Medium-sized)
▪️2 ounces nonfat Greek Yogurt
1⃣ Peel one banana and mash it with the peanut butter and place it aside.
2⃣ Peel the other four bananas. Slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. Spread the banana, nut butter, and yogurt mixture on half the banana slices and top with the other halves, making banana sandwiches. Place on a plate and freeze at least two hours.
